As a pharmaceutical and laboratory equipment supplier, Sartorius is a close partner and a one-stop shop for biopharmaceutical manufacturers. 

Sartorius manages its global supply chain with various forwarders that transport a high volume of sensitive shipments across the globe. 

Traditionally, forwarders would create and send SOPs and LRAs back and forth for editing and approval signatures, often in different formats with different processes and quality standards, using their own database for storing these documents.

Managing more than 500 different SOPs and LRAs with this process created a growing number of issues for Sartorius, like lack of visibility due to data fragmentation, inconsistent formats and quality, inefficient and repetitive communication.

Previously we had to manage hundreds of LRAs and SOPs in different formats, now we manage them all in one location, easy to access, easy to approve.
